3-6 week long training phases (Foundations, Strength, and Power).

3 strength workouts and 1 running technique/mobility workout per week.

Equipment: Access to a full gym is recommended (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and cables) but there are dumbbell and bodyweight exercise alternatives.

Workouts are sent out every 2-3 weeks, depending on the phase.
